Client Agreement

This agreement is made by and between the Client and the Seamstress, Debra Rose of Debra Rose Alterations. In consideration of the mutual agreement made herein, both parties agree as follows:

 

Appointments
Please be available at the agreed upon time of your appointment. If you are being fitted for a dress/evening gown, please wear the undergarments and shoes that will be worn the day of the event. If additional alterations are required due to weight loss/gain or a change in shoes or undergarments, additional alterations charges will be assessed.

 

Compensation
The client agrees to pay Debra Rose Alterations 100% of the total project cost once the clothing is returned. If the parameters of the alterations change, or involves more time than estimated, Debra will inform Client prior to completing the work and they can renegotiate the additional costs.

 

Client Approval
By paying once your alterations are completed, you agree that all work was done completely and to your satisfaction. Any concerns or questions must be brought to Debra’s attention before she leaves your home.

 

Cancellation
Both parties understand that Client or Alteration Specialist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by Anita. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses incurred.
